description
After introduction of this building block in any peptide sequence with standard Fmoc/tBu SPPS methodology the ally residue can be derivatized accordingly, in order to form a set of natural and unusual peptoid analogues of natural peptides.
This compound is a potential building block for the construction of (customized) peptide nucleic acids (PNAs) and for peptoid synthesis.
