Actions Strong immunosuppressant; inhibits allogenic T-lymphocyte proliferation. It binds with high affinity to FKBP and inhibits calcineurin Strong immunosuppressant; ethyl analog of FK506; inhibits allogenic T-lymphocyte proliferation.
