AA Cartridges for ABI & CEM & PTI Peptide Synthesizers

Iris Biotech offers amino acid cartridges compatible with the most commonly used peptide synthesizers of Gyros (PTI) (20 mmol per cartridge), CEM (20 mmol per cartridge), or ABI (1 mmol per cartridge). Our portfolio provides all 20 standard amino acids bearing an Fmoc protecting group for the free amino group of the amino acid and – for the ones required – an additional side chain protecting group, e.g. Pbf for arginine, Trt for asparagine, cysteine, glutamine, histidine, tBu for aspartic acid, serine, threonine, tyrosine, glutamic acid, as well as Boc for lysine and tryptophane.
