Azido-ADC Linkers

Azido-ADC Linkers

ADCs are based on the conjugation of highly potent small molecules to vastly target specific carriers like antibodies. In the case of ADC construction, it would be fatal if the highly cytotoxic payload is released from its carrier during circulation in plasma. The type of linkage between two molecules can basically either be permanent or cleavable under certain well-defined circumstances, e.g. the presence of certain enzymes or changes in pH. We offer various types of azido-functionalized linkers, which can be further reacted via Click chemistry or Staudinger ligation.
