Poly(Amino Acids) for Click Chemistry

Poly(amino acids) are biocompatible. The repeating functional group is an amide bond, just like in any natural peptide or protein. One of the major benefits of poly(amino acid)s and poly(sarcosines) is that they are typically cleaved by enzymes into nontoxic substances and are thus biodegradable. We offer alkyne and azide functionalized poly(amino acids) suitable for further conjugation via Click chemistry.
