Alkyne-ADC Linkers

Alkyne-ADC Linkers

Alkynes can undergo a Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (CuAAC) to afford 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles. ADCs are based on the conjugation of highly potent small molecules to vastly target specific carriers like antibodies. The type of linkage between two molecules can basically either be permanent or cleavable under certain well-defined circumstances. We offer a variety of alkyne-functionalized linkers which can be used for conjugation to e.g. biomolecules or for ADC construction.
