PROTACs – Ligands, Linkers & Modules
A new attempt to cure diseases caused by excessive expression of a certain protein is targeted degradation via the cell’s ubiquitin–proteosome system by using proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs*). PROTACs consist of two linked protein ligands: one with high affinity for E3 ubiquitin ligase and one with high affinity for the protein of interest (POI). To construct a suitable PROTAC, we here offer a variety of E3 ubiquitin ligase ligands and their combination with linkers of various length and elective amino-, carboxyl-, mercapto- or click-reactive end (“Partial PROTACs”). Further to these pre-designed building blocks, we are happy to synthesize for you many other ligand-linker combinations or “complete PROTACs” on custom synthesis basis.
