Hydrazone Resins
Peptide hydrazides can be easily synthesized using the novel hydrazone resin. The hydrazone linker is completely stable in the course of standard Fmoc SPPS and tolerates treatment with 5% TFA/DCM. Subsequent application of TFA:water:TIS 95:2.5:2.5 as cleavage cocktail permits to obtain the peptides in good yields and purities.
